Here's my icons for somein30 Round 12. I chose Hard Mode. I also decided to focus soley on Downton Abbey as I've started a whole series re-watch (which I'm really enjoying!).

Some explanations:
+ Reason - in this scene Mary is trying to convince Sybil not to elope with Branson.
+ Apple - the texture is apple-inspired.
+ Leader - Isobel Crawley is taking charge of the convalescence hospital at Downton Abbey.
+ Late - Sybil is late to dinner as she wanted to surprise everyone with her new outfit.

Thanks! I'm glad you liked that one as I had to have a think of what to do with that theme. I knew that there wasn't really any scene where they was any apples featured and then I thought I would google some apple inspired textures and luckily I found this one :)

I just started watching Downton Abbey! I am soon watched season 1. :D I really adore the muted vibe here, contrast and the lighting. Mood here is perfect for this show and I love your different crop. 1 and 2 has stunning color and the lighting<3 Love the crop and your idea in faceless! Lovely coloring in 10 and the crop in 7 is stunning and also love texture work. Also really love the vibrant color in 8-10. The red color is perfect and and the bg/color fit so well in 8 together. Stunning lighting/shadow in 10!<3

Wow! Thanks for leaving me with some lovely feedback! I'm glad you liked the crop and idea for faceless — the idea actually came when I was looking for the screencap for Late and this one showed up and I realised it was perfect for the theme :)

These are so lovely! LOVE the lighting in Fav character and the super unique crop in Faceless. The textured background on Apple is grogeous, and I also love the texture use/compositon on Devil and the flawless lighting on Reason! Thanks for explaining some of these more interpretative ones - they make perfect sense now :D

The perioddrama_ic icons are super pretty too, love the pastelly colorings. All the framed ones (1-4) are especially gorgeous, plus I really dig the snow effect on 7!
