Welcome to the 2011 Arthur & Gwen Christmas Fest Page, the place to celebrate the two best things around: Christmas and A/G!

Firstly before I tell you the rules, I will explain the reasons I decided to run this fest. The first one is obvious! To celebrate Christmas and what better way than by creating some A/G fluffy, smutty and happy fanart and fics. Secondly, because I know that some people have not been enjoying series 4 as much. So what better way to cheer ourselves up then by creating some lovely, happy A/G arts and fics!

Guidelines: (please read carefully)

♥ Everyone is welcome to participate!

♥ Arthur and Gwen must be the main pairing, however other characters/ pairings are welcomed!

♥ Post your prompts below (one prompt per comment). All prompts must be centred around the Christmas theme. However, they can be set in canon, modern times or AU. Anything as long as it Christmassy!

♥ You can post as many prompts as you want. People are also allowed to specify if they want something in particular (i.e: a fic or some icons).

For example: A/G - fic - Arthur and Gwen get snowed in!

♥ People can respond to the prompts in any way they want. Fics, icons, banners, videos are encouraged and more than welcomed!

♥ Post responses to the thread containing the prompt you used (if it’s easier people can post links to where their art/fics are located in their comment).

♥ When posting responses to prompts make sure you include the title, rating, pairing/s and genre in the subject heading.

Oh yey, I've waited for this one. :D There won't be Christmas without Merlin and A/G.

A/G&M/M-Fic Modern AU-Arthur has a cunning plan to finally get that kiss with Gwen…mistletoe. The only problem is Merlin and Morgana keep hogging it.

Bit of a niche/English student one: A retelling of Sir Gawain and the Green Night, but involving our Arthur and Gwen.

Secret Santa

Mistletoe means kisses.

I would love multiple short/comment fics for this one canon/au/modern/all the times/all the ways. But if someone wants to write something longer or your muse gets in the way that is all right too.

Fic - Modern AU with Magic - Gwen gets a little flustered trying to suprise Arthur with Christmas Decs.

Of course smutty fics are allowed!

I need to read this.

"Amhar wake-up," seven-year old Sianna pulled her twin brother out of bed.

"What?" The curly haired boy mumbled and gripped his mattress.

"We're supposed to be looking for Santa Clause remember."

"Yeah," three year-old Gwydre chimed in.

Amhar came awake immediately. He could see his twin sister and their baby brother's expectant faces in the moonlight.

"It's about time," Sianna said, her exasperated tone mimicked their father's perfectly.

Amhar stuck out his tongue and got out of bed.

"Let's go and remember Gwydre be quiet." Sianna ordered this.

The three year-old stuck his thumb in his in mouth and nodded, blonde locks mussed from sleep. Very carefully the three young Pendragons pulled open the door to their bedroom. One-by-one they crept into the hallway and went on tiptoe down the stairs, the youngest clutching his favorite bear. They didn't have to go far to find Santa Claus, just a peak through the stair-railing into their living room and they saw mommy underneath the mistletoe kissing Santa Claus.

They were not however close enough to hear Guinevere whisper, "Merry Christmas Arthur."

Naww this was adorable!

A/G - fic - Cannon or Modern verse - Gwen goes to labor on Christmas day. Problem is no midwife or physician is around...

"Arthur, you sure about this?" Merlin asks a little concerned whilst struggling on the ladder trying to place the the mistletoe on the front porch.

"Why ever not? I think its the perfect idea!" Arthur retorts like Merlin should ever question him and his plans. Okay some of them may not have been the best ideas, but this one was definitely a good one! He was sure of it.

"Yes... but what if its not the person you want to kiss," Merlin puts extra emphases on the word 'kiss'. Everyone -or almost everyone- was aware of Arthur's growing feelings for Gwen, except for Gwen it seemed.

Arthur misses it though, leaving Merlin to spell it out "and by person I mean Gwen."

"I have no idea what you are talking about." Arthur cheeks begin to turn slight pink, blushing.

"Whatever you say!" Merlin finished the final touches and then says rather pleased with himself "I've finished here. I'm going to go inside and help Morgana with the gingerbread cookies and you can stay out here in the cold and wait until Gwen arrives. And I hope that it's Gwen and not someone else, like Gwaine! Because that would be terrible!" Merlin laughs and Arthur slaps him on the shoulder.

Twenty minutes later and Arthur hates to admit it but maybe standing under the mistletoe wasn't the best idea. Especially when he had to kiss Gwaine, Leon and Percival. And when Arthur says kiss, he means he kissed them on the cheek.

They all got massive enjoyment teasing Arthur knowing full well who Arthur was waiting for.

Finally the person Arthur was waiting appears on the porch.

Gwen was beautiful, even in a nice silk red blouse and , which she was in now, she always managed to look stunning. Arthur couldn't help it, his mouth hanging a little open as he stared at her.

"Hi Arthur," Gwen says a little shyly. Gwen swears that she can feel her heart beating like a drum. Arthur always makes her feel like this whenever he stares at her, hell whenever they are in the same room as each other.

Arthur manages to find the courage and points to the mistletoe hanging above them.

"So the rules of the mistletoe dictates that we must kiss," Arthur says rather seductively and a little cocky.

"Well rules are rules," Gwen responds equally aroused and Gwen grabs Arthur's tie, pulling him closer before she steps on her tip toes and her lips crash upon his.

And Arthur thinks that maybe this was the best idea after all!

Adorable bb!!! I loved that he had to kiss the boys first and how Merl knew it might happen (he probably sent them ;D). Thank you.

Oh thank you so much for this. I love the idea of them having beautiful little babies (and they would, wouldn't they?) so much. The only thing better is when they are babies themselves. This was a lovely read and thanks again for filling my prompt.
