That is my hope too that Gwen doesn't end up barren as I know in the earlier ones she does have children with Arthur. The producers seem open to the idea though, so there may be hope. I say this as a fan asked them a question about it and they said, "Blimely we haven't thought about that. Maybe series 8". So who knows we may see some Pendragon babies.

Either way, this fic was born as it appeared that they haven't dealt with the whole 'its been three years and no heirs yet". And to me, I think this would be an important issue seeing as Arthur needs a heir to leave his kingdom to.
